2.1 Information you provide

• Account details: name, email, phone number, profile photo, role (buyer, seller, agent, builder)
• Property listing data: title, photos, location, price, amenities, ownership details
• Verification documents submitted for listing or account verification
• Messages, offers, and chat content shared through the platform
• Payment-related metadata processed through Razorpay (we do not store full card or UPI credentials)

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Device information, app version, operating system, and crash logs
• IP address, browser type, and session identifiers on the website
• Usage data such as swipes, saved properties, search filters, and in-app interactions
• Approximate location when you grant permission for nearby property discovery
• Analytics events via Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide core platform features including property discovery, chat, offers, and wallet services
• Verify listings and reduce fraud or misuse of the platform
• Process subscriptions, swipe unlocks, boosts, and wallet transactions
• Send service notifications, security alerts, and account updates
• Improve recommendations, search relevance, and product performance
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests

We do not sell your personal data to brokers, advertisers, or unrelated third parties.

• Service providers such as Google Firebase, Razorpay, and analytics partners under contractual safeguards

• Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or business transfer

6. Data Retention

• Account data is retained while your account remains active
• Transaction and wallet records are retained as required for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution
• Chat and listing data may be retained for a reasonable period after account deletion for fraud prevention
• You may request deletion subject to legal and operational requirements

7. Security

• Encrypted data transmission using HTTPS/TLS
• Firebase Authentication for secure account access
• Role-based access controls and Firestore security rules
• Payment processing handled by PCI-DSS compliant Razorpay infrastructure

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

Subject to applicable Indian law, you may request to:

• Access a summary of personal data we hold about you
