Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of EstateLoop's website, mobile application, and related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

EstateLoop is a technology platform that helps users discover and connect on property listings. We are not a real estate broker, agent, or party to property transactions between users.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure
• One individual may maintain only one personal account unless authorized for business use
• Agents and builders must accurately disclose their role and authorization to represent listings

3. Platform Services

EstateLoop provides:

• Property discovery through swipe-based browsing and search filters
• Direct chat, offers, and contact between buyers, sellers, agents, and builders
• Optional premium plans, swipe unlocks, property boosts, and in-app wallet features
• Listing verification tools and moderation systems

EstateLoop does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, legal title, or physical condition of any property. Users must independently verify listings, documents, and suitability before entering any transaction.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Sellers, owners, and agents

• List only properties you are authorized to advertise
• Provide truthful descriptions, pricing, photos, and availability
• Comply with applicable RERA, local housing, and advertising regulations
• Respond to genuine inquiries in a professional manner

4.2 Buyers and renters

• Use the platform for genuine property interest only
• Conduct site visits, legal due diligence, and document verification independently
• Do not misuse contact details or harass other users

5. Pricing & Paid Features

Current paid offerings may include:

• Swipe Day Pass: ₹34 for 24 hours of unlimited swipes
• Buyer Plus / Buyer Pro: ₹199 and ₹399 per month respectively
• Property Boost / Seller Pro: ₹99 per 7 days and ₹499 per month respectively
• Agent Starter / Agent Pro: ₹799 and ₹2,499 per month respectively
• Builder Growth / Builder Enterprise: ₹4,999 and ₹14,999 per month respectively
• Wallet top-ups: used for eligible in-app purchases

Final pricing, discounts, and plan inclusions are displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Prices may change with reasonable notice. See our Pricing page for current plan details.

6. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed through Razorpay or other authorized payment partners
• Digital purchases such as boosts and swipe unlocks are generally non-refundable once activated
• Subscription periods continue until the end of the paid term after cancellation
• Refunds, where applicable under consumer protection law, are handled on a case-by-case basis through support
• Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Post fake, duplicate, misleading, or unauthorized listings
• Harass, threaten, spam, or discriminate against other users
• Circumvent platform fees by soliciting off-platform payments for paid features
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the platform for unlawful activity or to violate third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

• EstateLoop owns the platform, branding, software, and design elements
• You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to display and promote it on the platform
• Do not upload copyrighted material unless you have the right to use it

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstateLoop disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted service, listing accuracy, transaction outcomes, and third-party conduct.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to EstateLoop in the three months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. Certain records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
